Welcome to The PI Foundation: Empowering Communities, Transforming Futures

At The PI Foundation, we build on the legacy of Park Innovation by extending its mission to foster sustainable, inclusive, and community-focused initiatives. Officially established in 2024 as a non-governmental organization (NGO) under MOI decree 1526, The PI Foundation broadens its focus to meet global standards for social impact and align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our Vision

A Lebanon where every individual, regardless of geographic or economic barriers, has access to opportunities that empower them to build resilient communities and sustainable futures.

Our Mission

To bridge urban-rural divides and address systemic inequities by empowering communities through technology, education, and capacity-building initiatives. We aim to create pathways for inclusive growth, addressing SDG goals such as Quality Education (Goal 4), Decent Work and Economic Growth (Goal 8), Reduced Inequalities (Goal 10), and Sustainable Communities (Goal 11).

Our Core Values

  • Inclusion: Ensuring equitable opportunities for all.
  • Innovation: Leveraging technology to address pressing social challenges.
  • Sustainability: Driving long-term community resilience.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with stakeholders to maximize impact.

What We Do

  1. Youth Empowerment Programs:
Building leadership, critical thinking, and life skills through mentorship and community-driven workshops inspired by successful models like those at BRAC and the International Youth Foundation. Programs also emphasize financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and vocational training.
  2. Digital Literacy Initiatives:
Expanding Park Innovation’s digital education programs to underserved communities, fostering skills for the 21st-century economy.
  3. Gender and Social Inclusion Projects:
Addressing inequalities by engaging communities to challenge norms, inspired by frameworks like those implemented by BRAC in empowering women and girls globally.
  4. Sustainable Livelihood Programs:
Partnering with local organizations to create employment opportunities in agriculture, clean tech, and emerging industries, mirroring approaches such as IYF’s focus on economic opportunity.
  5. Community Engagement and Advocacy:
Hosting forums and campaigns to build local support for initiatives, much like the grassroots advocacy efforts seen at organizations such as Opportunities for Youth.
