We are looking for a Graphic Designer and smart creative to join our Park Innovation team. Candidates are expected to be self-starters, capable of delivering creative ideas with attention to detail, as well as a demonstrated passion for illustrative design and typography.

Responsibilities include…

  • An ability to quickly understand the requirements needed to turn concepts into visuals under brand guidelines within proposed timelines
  • An ability to adapt graphics across channels
  • Utilizing collaborative design tools
  • Ideation, planning and execution of innovative concepts in a variety of mediums
  • An understanding of effective layouts, arrangement and typography
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed as a cross-functional team
  • A strong ability to communicate concepts and ask the right questions
  • Suggesting improvements
  • Revising edits (just in time)
  • Ability to work remotely and on-site during working hours

Requirements include (but are not limited to)…

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
  • Proven graphic design experience
  • A strong portfolio of graphics, illustrations and artwork
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • A team player attitude
  • Time-management with a focus on productivity
  • A feedback-oriented mindset, utilizing analytics and data for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

  • Illustration and animation skills
  • An understanding of startups and tech
  • Print design
